Who We Are
Fair Trade Cambodia is the country’s first independent fair trade certifier. We exist to support Cambodian producers, protect workers’ rights, and promote ethical trade that benefits both people and the planet.
What We Do
We develop clear, locally grounded standards based on international fair trade principles — including fair wages, safe working conditions, and environmentally responsible practices.
We work directly with producers, offering training, support, and transparent audits to help them meet certification requirements.
Once certified, we connect them with conscious buyers in Cambodia and globally, helping them grow through trust, transparency, and ethical business.

Our Mission and Values
Our mission is to create a fairer and more ethical trading system in Cambodia. We work with producers to certify that their goods are made under fair conditions, with safe workplaces, living wages, and sustainable practices. By offering clear standards, training, and support, we help businesses grow responsibly while connecting them to conscious buyers who value transparency and impact. At the heart of our mission is a commitment to dignity, justice, and long-term change for workers, communities, and the environment. Our core values are:
Fairness and Dignity
Transparency and Accountability
Sustainability for people and planet
Inclusion, equity, and community impact

Why It Matters?
Too many Cambodian producers still face unsafe conditions, low wages, and limited access to fair markets. Without support and accountability, ethical practices often remain out of reach. Fair Trade Cambodia helps bridge that gap. Our certification not only improves working conditions and livelihoods, but also builds trust with buyers and opens doors to sustainable growth. By choosing fair trade, consumers and businesses become part of a system that values people over profit and trade that uplifts rather than exploits.
